How do I order a lookup? Go to the Lookups & Services page to see what’s available. When you have decided what you’d like, click on Place an Order. From there, you may send me an email containing the required information for the lookups you are requesting, and submit your lookup fees through PayPal. Once I have received your request and payment, I’ll send you a confirmation email and begin your record searches. Please read details of individual lookups for information about delivery times, but it is usually 5 business days (Mon - Fri) or less. Feel free to email me at any time with questions or to check the status of your request.
Should I choose digital or paper delivery? If you choose digital, you will receive the images in links such as these, and they should print very nicely. They are at a much higher resolution than the images you see on the sample record pages of this website. (Note: Digital yearbook pages are descreened when scanned unless you request otherwise.) You should also be able to save the images to your computer. Have a look and try saving or printing: http://www.washingtongenealogylookups.com/samplinks/yearbook.jpg http://www.washingtongenealogylookups.com/samplinks/citydirectory.jpg http://www.washingtongenealogylookups.com/samplinks/tombstone.jpg If you can’t print the above images or don’t have a printer, then choose paper delivery, but please be aware that I will fold the pages and mail them in a legal-sized envelope.
Can you look up marriage records? All of the marriage records I can access are available for free! Check out the Washington State Archives on the Links page.
